Get to know Uishka gems and silver
Many of our gems are bought rough at gem auctions and polished after purchase. As a result the purchaser takes a gamble. Sometimes an expensive buy will not polish up well and sometimes a less expensive buy will be surprisingly good quality.
When buying a gem, it is important that you look through it to make sure it has no flaws.
Cabochan means polished, not cut (smooth finish – not like cut gems).
You can rest assured that all the gems sold by Uishka.co.uk are carefully chosen to bring you the finest hand made jewellery.
All the silver used in Uishka jewellery is 925 silver.
